Seira Mimori (深森 聖良) is a thirteen-year-old student at St. Paulia's Academy and a nun-in-training at the school's church. Seira is the only person who knows Meimi Haneoka's real identity as Saint Tail for the majority of the series, and helps her find what items she needs to steal and who to return them to. She works as an accomplice to Saint Tail's heists.

Seira has short dark brown hair with bangs that come to her eyebrows and purple eyes. Her hair is cut into a pixie cut, and only reaches the top of her neck at it's bottom. She has two different school uniforms, the main one consisting of a pale yellow pleated skirt with an orange stripe at the bottom, a white collared shirt, a pink button up jacket worn closed over the white shirt, and a large green neck bow. She wears this with knee high blacks socks and yellow boots. This uniform is also occasionally worn with a pink hat with a black ribbon at the back. Her second school uniform consists of a hot pink pleated skirt with a matching hot pink vest worn over a white button-up short-sleeved collared shirt, and a big green neck bow. This uniform is also worn with the same socks and pink hat, however the shoes are slightly different as they are now standard dress shoes instead of boots.
Nun Attire[]
Seira's nun attire is all white, consisting of a solid white veil worn over a white head wrap that hides her hair. She has a white turtle neck that comes above her head wrap that rises above her silver rosary. She has white juliet sleeves (sleeves consisting of a puff around the shoulder and then a tighter sleeve going down the rest of the arm) and a white top that goes into a floor length fluffy white skirt at the waistline. She has solid white shoes, which, as seen on other nuns at the church, are likely knee-high boots with black laces.
Personality[]
Seira is quiet and levelheaded, often acting as the mediator whenever Meimi and Asuka Jr. get into arguments. She's gentle and caring towards those who enter the church looking for advice, and is able to carry the conversation enough until she gathers all the information she needs for Saint Tail. Despite her soft demeanor, Seira is fully capable of manipulating situations and people to make sure things work out how she feels they must, such as manipulating Meimi into acting certain ways as Saint Tail, going as far as to be the one who convinced Meimi to become Saint Tail in the first place. She fully intends to take part of the responsibility should Saint Tail get caught, and consistently offers her advice and aid towards Saint Tail to ensure heists go well.
Relationships[]
Meimi Haneoka/Saint Tail: Seira and Meimi are close friends, with Seira being the only one to know of Saint Tail's true identity as Meimi for a long time. She's loyal, caring, and helpful, doing her best to ensure heists go smoothly even when it puts herself at risk. She swapped places with Meimi when Meimi had to take part in a bridal dress fashion show and perform a heist at the same time, being threatened by Rina, but still holding her ground to keep her friend safe. She knows about Meimi's true feelings for Asuka Jr. despite them never being said, and keeps that secret no matter what.
Asuka Jr.: despite both being heavily involved with Saint Tail, Seira and Asuka Jr. don't interact nearly as much as either do with Saint Tail herself. The two see each other only as classmates, with Asuka Jr. being unaware of Seira's involvement in the case. Seira mostly just acts as a mediator between Asuka Jr. and Meimi when they argue with each other in class.
Rina Takamiya: Rina and Seira barely interact, however Seira is aware of her involvement in the Saint Tail case and is understanding of Meimi's discomfort towards her as a result. She helps Meimi to plan around Rina's involvement in the investigation to ensure they don't get caught by her.

Seira is heavily involved in Saint Tail's heists. She was the person who convinced Meimi to become Saint Tail in the first place, arguing that it'd be a good way for her to show off the stage magic her father created that she isn't normally allowed to use. She provides Meimi with detailed information regarding each item to steal and who to return it too, even giving the backstories that the visitors give to her while at the church asking for help. She takes part in some of the heists herself, working as a distraction or double for Meimi to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Seira has a deep knowledge of Saint Tail's abilities and strategies, never once doubting her on a difficult mission unless it becomes compromised by a new unknown force. She's involved in Saint Tail's transformation sequence, praying with her at the end as they place their foreheads together and pray, "May the blessings of God be with us." She often prays for Saint Tail during her heists to ensure the best for her on her missions.
